Medowie Pharmacy was opened over 40 years ago and is a trusted part of the Medowie Community. It is family owned and operated by Gavin and Margaret-Anne Smith, who bring over 80 years of combined experience to their proudly independent community pharmacy.

Gavin arrived in Medowie in 1982 and Marg in 1984. Since that time, they have been passionate about the health and well-being of their patients, which in many instances span multiple generations of the same family.

Over the years, all their children have worked in the pharmacy, and their son David has followed in Gavin and Marg’s footsteps, by not only becoming a pharmacist, but by marrying one as well.

From humble beginnings in a tiny shop in which Gavin often worked by himself, Medowie Pharmacy has evolved with our growing community into the vibrant healthcare destination that it is today.

Gavin is proud to provide Medowie with an independent pharmacy that offers fantastic service at affordable prices. He is committed to continuing the legacy that the Medowie community has come to know, value and trust.
